Some answering services will charge you up to £50 connection fee for your own 0870 number and £10 or more per month. For a 0845 (local rate) number they will charge up to £50 connection, £10 month AND 4.5p per minute on incoming calls.
Answer Services UK charges no connection fee on either 0845 or 0870 numbers so long as you stay with the service for 6 months or longer.
A £25 connection fee is payable if terminating earlier than 6 months.
There is no charge for a 0870 number whilst using the service. If you use the service for at least 12 months and then cancel, we offer a 50% discount on our normal 0870 rates should you wish to retain the number.
There is a £15 monthly charge for a 0845 number. Following termination of the service you may retain the number (subject to the monthly charge). With selected 0845 numbers there is no charge for incoming calls.
