Answer Services UK offers you these great rates by having your incoming calls routed to its call centre in New Zealand.
The service is first class and there’s a very good chance that your messages may even be taken by a UK émigré living in New Zealand. If not, Kiwis are known world wide for their friendly personalities, and your callers will be warmly greeted.
With a 0845 or 0870 number you may choose to have your calls permanently mapped to our call centre. If choosing this option there is no charge for using a 0870 number. If using our 0845 numbers there is a supplementary charge of 6p per message to cover the international leg if mapping directly.
Many customers however prefer to use the call divert service provided by their chosen carrier. Here you simply divert calls to the call centre whenever you wish, and then bring them back into your office / home at other times. If you don’t already use Carrier Pre-Select (CPS) or have a Least Cost Router (LCR) on your phone system we recommend you sign up with an appropriate carrier as soon as possible.
